During the last Christmas dates, turkey has become a delicious Christmas dish in Belgium. The ingredients to prepare this delicious turkey with compote are the following: 1 piece of turkey, 1 bunch of herbs, 10 pieces of coarse pepper, 1 head of garlic, 100 milliliters of balsamic vinegar (for the compote), 500 grams of green and purple grapes (for the compote), 150 grames of brown sugar (for the compote), 50 milliliters of water (for the compote), 300 grams of butter (for the compote), 50 grams of salt (for the compote), 10 grams of ground pepper (for the compote).

The preparation steps are: place the turkey in a container, then add the herbs, the head of garlic and the peppers. Enter the turkey and let it marinate for a day. Then cover the turkey with butter, salt and pepper, put the turkey in a turkey cooking bag and bake at 180° C for 80 minutes. Later, cut the grapes in half and saute them with a little butter, add the sugar and vinegar little by little, season and add water. Finally, serve your turkey in the center with the grape compote to accompany.
